HEADCOUNT is organized into four divisions, each responsible for one layer of the stack. A single intake is routed to the appropriate desk (or desks) at onboarding; most S-tier contracts engage all four. A fifth division, Provincial Affairs, maintains our legacy organic-growth product and is not accepting new intakes.
Discovery
without
Detours.
Applied R&D for presence manufacturing. The Research Division runs continuous telemetry against the public-facing analytics of every major platform, looking for the soft spots — the audit-mode triggers, the seasonal ban-wave patterns, the thresholds above which a freshly provisioned pool starts attracting the wrong kind of attention.
When a platform changes its detection posture, Research is the first desk to know, and the first to ship a mitigation. Every other Division runs on the substrate materials and playbooks Research writes. No mitigation ever ships until it has been reviewed by Legal, which is, in practice, not as much of a constraint as it sounds.
Presence,
Ambient.
The core floor-maintenance division, and the firm's founding practice. Atmospherics deploys and maintains the continuous baseline presence that sits under every contract — every hour, every mood, every platform audit window.
Tuning is done quarterly at the roster review. Climate is continuous between reviews. An S-tier artist's floor does not blink, does not drop at 3 AM, does not sag when the broadcaster takes a day off. The floor, we remind ourselves daily, is the product.
Chat,
Warmed.
Signal handles the talking layer. A small, in-house, staffed choir of conversational ambient presence calibrated to your broadcast's genre, mood, and sponsor slate. Chat does not go cold. Chat does not drift toward unhelpfulness. Chat does not, at any point, say the sort of thing a partner would have to ask us about on a Monday morning.
Cadence dictionaries are maintained per genre (gaming-en, vtuber-ja, irl-en, music, variety) and refreshed against the house lexicon bi-weekly. Dictionary v6.2 is live; v6.1 removed 312 phrases after a Research Division flagging. You do not want to know which ones.
Floors,
Engineered.
The unglamorous division. Infra operates the residential proxy pool — roughly 14,207 endpoints at current depth — along with the rotation engine, the geographic distribution layer, and the fallback routing that engages the moment Heartbeat detects an audit window opening.
Infra also maintains the taper mechanism: when a contract lapses, presence does not cut out; it eases down over six weeks per house policy, so the broadcaster's organic metrics do not collapse into a graph that would prompt uncomfortable sponsor questions. This is offered at no additional cost.
The firm's legacy Organic Growth advisory practice. Still listed on the price sheet for plausible deniability. Has not produced a renewal in fourteen months. Not accepting new intakes.
A single HEADCOUNT intake is automatically routed to the appropriate divisions at onboarding. Most S-tier contracts engage all four; the average contract engages three. Batch 14 is accepting new broadcaster intakes through the end of the quarter.
